The November Bike Challenge has run into some bumps. I missed one day to rest a strained muscle; on yet another day my bike began purring. Yes, purring like a cheetah with a mischievous glimmer in his eye. Enter the gremlins.
My left foot began vibrating during the end of a hour ride. It became very difficult to concentrate on making the smooth, full circles you’re supposed to make while cycling. It was a bit like driving a car with a flat tire; it gives you an unbalanced feeling and your focus goes out the window.
The preliminary diagnosis is the gears are potentially broken or sticking. I’ve been pushing my foldable bike to its limits it appears and following workouts in and out of the saddle (the seat) that it apparently wasn’t built for. Three cheers for frustration.
I’m not sure how this will affect the rest of November’s goals; I’m already looking at other bikes in case I can’t fix my current bike.π©βπ§
Cross your fingers and put a big dollop of grace in your morning coffee. Keep moving forward.
Here’s an encouraging Bible verse. Cheers!Β π₯³
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Best of luck with everything!
Thank you! ππ
