Today I did my second ride in the iFit Japan series. I’m doing a challenge to complete this series this month. At the end, iFit will be mailing me some kind of a reward. I’m very excited. π
But for the life of me, I can’t find the iFit Japan playlist, so that I can follow the exercise series in order. Today my trainer greeted me with: “We’re on our eighth ride today and it’s one of our harder ones! Lots of incline and we’re going to be doing three and four minute intervals. Are you ready for this? Come on, let’s go!”
I think I heard my guardian angel laugh at me.
Overall it was an enjoyable ride. My heart is definitely pumping harder and getting stronger. Good ol’ cardio. And as a past New Zealander iFit trainer once promised me, I am indeed getting the thigh muscles of a silverback gorilla. Well done.
Earlier today, I ordered my lunchΒ at work through delivery. The woman came up to me and confirmed I was the vegan weirdo who ordered the lentil soup and veggie wrap. She then wished me a sincere, (early) Happy Valentine’s Day, coupled with a big smile. I returned the well wishes, quite touched. Just a small, human greeting, wishing someone well. Thank you.Β
So happy (early) Valentine’s Day to you, too. Well wishes on your journeys. Enjoy the photos of the Bamboo Forest. And try not to fall into that river. Yikes.
