Well, I think I made everyone’s brains hurt last week with challenging people to use three words: turtle, snow and pristine. One person entered and thus that one person is the winner.
Congrats, Chelsea. You’re this week’s winner. Thanks for entering. Love the turtle mounts; very Charles Darwin.
I’m fiddling with ideas for contests and ways to make them more fun, so stay tuned!
The Second Ice Age was hardly unexpected by The Little People of Pristine Valley. The neighboring Giants, however, were taken completely off guard. They and their enormous turtle mounts learned, too late, to never underestimate a forecast of ‘apocalyptic snow flurries.’
Yay! Winner by default!!
If it makes you feel better, I had two entrants not write limericks for a limerick contest. 😉
Oh boy. I think January is a busy month for people coming back from the holidays. That’s my guess. The only thing I could think of for awhile when I was brainstorming was The Old Man from Nantucket…
😀 You should’ve run with it!!
I ran, stumbled, fell in mud and somehow found myself being a horror author instead. What? Hmm. Random.
Weird how that happens. 😀
