Hear ye, hear ye. 📯Today marks Day 31 of 31 of the October cycling and writing challenge. To finish the challenge, I visited the hills around the Matterhorn and killed, nay, slayed the hills. I declare this challenge a success. 🥳

Exercise Challenges

Author: October Cycling Challenge– Chamonix, France (Day 30/31)🚴‍♀️

Interval training equals happy training. Controlled pedaling, RPMs, RPE, cadence and all that lingo I’m still learning. 📝

Tomorrow’s the last day. I have ideas for November. But here’s a question for you writers: Apple or PC? Seriously now, I don’t want to see a fruit salad fight, but some honest, polite opinions.

Exercise Challenges

Author: October Cycling Challenge– Chamonix, France (Day 28/31)🏔️🇫🇷

Two main thoughts crossed my mind in today’s workout: 1.) We’re going to die and 2.) My iFit trainer is a very positive person. Several times we had to lift our bikes and walk (I watched and still pedaled from home, of course) while we navigated rock and slate on the paths. Instead of being angry or frustrated, my trainer complimented the terrain and how helpful it was on training us. How cool is that?

I’m taking that perspective with me. Even if I would’ve fallen off the mountain today, it would’ve been a good conversation starter with St. Peter. Along with the glacier we saw. Chamonix is a little piece of heaven.
