Peregrine Arc: An Author's Scratchwork
Head on over and join in on the fun Arcians. Best of luck to you, but in the immortal words of Mario–I’m a gonna win! ๐๐
Ker-kaw!
We are nearing the halfway mark…which in this case would be 15.5 days, wouldn’t it?
Today we traveled to… Utah, again. I did about four hours or so of yard work today and needed an easier ride. My quads have been sore lately so I spun to get the lactic acid out (or so say my trainers) and recuperate a bit more. It was thirty minutes with a three minute warm up and a four minute cool down.
I saw plateaus, little bushes, little trees and a lot of rock. The ground reminded me of dry clay that someone scraped against with a giant scraper. The desert is a different place to be sure.
Join us tomorrow for Lucky Day 13. Ker-kaw!

Day 11–beautiful France. C’est magnifique. Rolling through the hills, taking on the forest, waving hi to Belle and the Beast…It felt good to be back on iFit after doing a couple of easier, recuperating days.
My trainer today was from New Zealand. He’s become a favorite trainer of mine. He says things like “please” when asking you to be at a certain cadence. But he also says phrases like “Let’s kill these hills!” and “Right-o!” I appreciate both his spunk and politeness. ๐๐
I cleaned like a fiend today. If I want to write and get the other part of this challenge accomplished (writing one chapter of my novel) I have to have a clean work environment. A clean, peaceful work area is a must for me. How about you? What kind of area is your work space?
Join us for Day 12 tomorrow. Twelve: the Twelve Apostles, the Twelve Days of Christmas, the Twelve Tacos I may eat tonight in reward. ๐ฎ
Au revoir!
