Exercise Challenges

New Zealand. One day I will visit. I’ll need be to be extradited though; I have a feeling I’ll never want to leave. It’s so beautiful! I hope it stays wild and free forever. 🏞️

Day 13 went very well. My quads continue to strengthen, my endurance is increasing. I’m continuing the challenge. See you tomorrow for our two week marker–Day 14! 🚴‍♀️🍂

Exercise Challenges

Author: October Cycling Challenge– Utah Ramblin’ (Day 12/31)🚴‍♀️🍂

We are nearing the halfway mark…which in this case would be 15.5 days, wouldn’t it?

Today we traveled to… Utah, again. I did about four hours or so of yard work today and needed an easier ride. My quads have been sore lately so I spun to get the lactic acid out (or so say my trainers) and recuperate a bit more. It was thirty minutes with a three minute warm up and a four minute cool down.

I saw plateaus, little bushes, little trees and a lot of rock. The ground reminded me of dry clay that someone scraped against with a giant scraper. The desert is a different place to be sure.

Join us tomorrow for Lucky Day 13. Ker-kaw!

Exercise Challenges

Day 11–beautiful France. C’est magnifique. Rolling through the hills, taking on the forest, waving hi to Belle and the Beast…It felt good to be back on iFit after doing a couple of easier, recuperating days.

My trainer today was from New Zealand. He’s become a favorite trainer of mine. He says things like “please” when asking you to be at a certain cadence. But he also says phrases like “Let’s kill these hills!” and “Right-o!” I appreciate both his spunk and politeness. 😊👍

I cleaned like a fiend today. If I want to write and get the other part of this challenge accomplished (writing one chapter of my novel) I have to have a clean work environment. A clean, peaceful work area is a must for me. How about you? What kind of area is your work space?

Join us for Day 12 tomorrow. Twelve: the Twelve Apostles, the Twelve Days of Christmas, the Twelve Tacos I may eat tonight in reward. 🌮

Au revoir!
