This is the third time I believe I’ve done this workout. The trainer is very encouraging and passionate and inspires you to dig deep and keep pedaling–both in the moment and for the future. We need more people like her, handing out vegan candy and giving thumbs up freely.  🍬

Author: October Cycling Challenge– YouTube Cartoonist (Day 15/31)🚴‍♀️

Feeling a bit stuffy headed today so I did 37 minutes while watching YouTube. There are a series of videos  from BuzzFeed I love–Cartoonists vs. Animators. Kevin and Jackie are my favorites, but they all seem like really nice, fun people. I included one of the videos below. Check it out!

Exercise Challenges

Author: October Cycling Challenge– Chile la Bella (Day 14/31)🇨🇱🏄‍♀️

We made it to two weeks. That’s fourteen straight days of at least 30 minutes of biking, with some recuperating days of lower intensity workouts in-between. High fives to all.

Today I went back to Chile in a small town known for surfing.  We did intervals on a trail through some woods five times. I discovered my trainer does 8-11+ hour races that he trains for regularly. I am humbled, indeed.
